Sparkcraft sells two things, separately: print-ready STL files and a 60-minute online 3D printer troubleshooting session.

The STL pack is digital downloads, printer chat, print guides, and announcements. It does not include the support session.

1-Hour Printer Support is one online session. Access lasts 14 days. It does not include STL files, physical repair, shipping, or on-site service.

No physical item will be shipped from either product.
