Terms of service

By buying from Sparkcraft you receive a digital product: either STL files or one 60-minute online printer troubleshooting session.

Sell or share only STL files you own or are authorized to sell. The support session is online only. It is not physical repair, shipping, or on-site service, and it is not lifetime or unlimited help.

Files and support are sold separately and do not include each other.
