Refund policy

Sparkcraft sells digital STL files and a 60-minute online support session. No physical item is shipped.

If a file will not download or a booked session cannot be delivered, contact Sparkcraft through the product chat that came with your purchase.

Refunds, when issued, go back to the original card used at checkout.
